Nellie and "Lou" were long-time residents of Seymour. While Lou and Nellie had no children, they wanted to insure that other children had the opportunity to pursue their education. Nellie Bauer established the fund under her Will. Eligible recipients must be graduates from the Seymour Community School Corporation.
