Sherman H. Berry and Lillian Berry Business Scholarship
This fund was established by Waldron Berry in memory of his parents, Sherman H. and Lillian Berry. Mr. and Mrs. Berry were successful business people of Seymour and accumulated their estate through their diligent efforts in various business activities.
The scholarship is available to Seymour High School graduates who are pursuing a degree in Business. The amount of the scholarship shall be equal to tuition to a college or university located in the State of Indiana and commonly regarded as a state-supported institution. The student shall be awarded an additional sum of $1,000.00 to apply toward other college expenses. No scholarship shall be provided for summer school.
